How to Request Your Discovery Profile
- Your Myers Briggs score. If you are provided with an “A” or “T” after your type, you have the option to add this in the form. I just need the Myers Briggs type. I don’t need the entire test result.
- There are several free websites to choose from.

3. For the Human Design and Birth Natal Charts, enter your name, or initials or nickname.
4. Enter your birth day and year
5. Enter your time of birth. Note: A birth time provides a more accurate result. If you don’t know the time, you can guess or leave it empty. It will not prevent the profile from being compiled. If the birth time is unknown, we cannot know the Ascendant or house positions.
6. Enter your town/city and state. Country is optional but not necessary.
7. Upload a profile picture or image you prefer to be part of your profile.
8. Upload your own PDF or Word doc version of your birth chart or Human Design chart if you already have them.
9. When you complete the profile request, you will receive confirmation. If you have any specific questions pertaining to your life that would be fun to be integrated into your profile, please email them to profile@bythewillowtree.com
